  • Why I want to go to Sydney

    Posted: November 29th, 2007, 1:02pm GMT by andrea29

Is the Australia’s showcase city, it has one of the most recognizable skylines due to its world-famous harbour. Sydney is often referred as being the most beautiful natural harbour in the world. The Sydney Harbour has many bays and inlets. It is spanned by the monumental Harbour Bridge, and the Opera House sites. The Sydney skyline is world-class with hundreds of skyscrapers in the central business district and many high-rise buildings in the outlying neighbourhoods. Sydney has 8 buildings over 200 metres tall, it’s a really big city! And it also have a great nightlife, because of the many restaurants and the famous Opera House. I want really to go there because I’ve always seen the Opera House in photos, but I want to see it by myself!

  • Why I want to go to Vancouver

    Posted: November 29th, 2007, 1:01pm GMT by andrea29

I would like to go to Vancouver because it is the largest city in the province of British Columbia. The city is surrounded by water on three sides and is nestled alongside the Coast Mountain Range. Vancouver is home to spectacular natural scenery and a bustling metropolitan core, and boasts one of the mildest climates in Canada, that’s why Vancouver is a such wonderful place to go. The City of Vancouver supports a wide range of destination sites, from more than 200 parks to three different civic theatres. This is city is really fabulous when you are a tourist, there are many interesting places to visit. People always tell me that Vancouver is fantastic place to go, I’m curious to know if that’s true!

  • Why I want to go to Melbourne

    Posted: November 29th, 2007, 12:59pm GMT by andrea29

I want to go to Melbourne because it’s a diverse, modem and multi-cultural city. This city has many tall buildings, including the new 300m Eureka tower, just one of 8 buildings topping 200m, and I really want to visit this building. Melbourne is constantly building new skyscrapers without compromising the essence of the city and it modern, organized and celebrated, and I thing that this is a very good point. Some people say that is a newer, smaller Toronto, that is rapidly growing and joining the ranks of an internationally renowned, modern city. I have seen several photos from Melbourne, and it really seems to be an interesting city to visit!

I love learning new languages, but I want to learn italian! Half of my family is Italian and actually living in Italy, I’ve never met them but I want to. That’s why I want to learn italian, I can’t imagine my self in Italy without knowing a word of Italian, I would get embarassed, and they would keep on talking and talking. I have to find an italian teacher!

  • It’s not so easy

    Posted: August 20th, 2007, 12:28pm GMT by andrea29

Stop being shy is not so easy. In fact, I’m only shy in school, I don’t talk during the classes. Sometimes a teacher ask me something, I get embrassed to answer it, and also get red. I have to admit that I’m red all the time without any reason, and I think that’s why some people get shy, because they know that their face is just like a tomato. And that happen with me all the time. Everyday I tell myself that this day I won’t be shy, well I’m trying, but it’s not easy!

  • Why I want to go to Brisbane

    Posted: May 28th, 2007, 12:26pm GMT by andrea29

I have wanted to go to Australia since I was a little girl. Brisbane attracts me most. Why Brisbane? Well, it’s hard to explain. Maybe because I know some people who live there, and I want to meet them. I have seen some photos of Brisbane and I got fascinated by its beauty. I told my parents about my wish, and who knows, maybe they can sponsor my holidays and allow me to spend a month or 2 there. I am looking forward to it!
