Social Media in ELT (SMiELT08) is an advanced EVO session exploring the use of weblogs and related participatory technologies in language learning. Run as a workshop, it offers practical guidance on using a set of freely available software applications and services. It also aims to develop a critically reflected understanding of these technologies, focusing on their potential and implications in language teaching.
