ESL students in Georgia Tech’s Intensive English Program are exposing their writing and revision process on a group blog called Write Rewrite. Their teacher, Barbara Schulz, gives suggestions and makes corrections after they have posted. In addition to writing about family, childhood experiences, restaurants, and cultural comparisons, one of their assignments this semester was to share a favorite recipe from their home country along with a photo of the dish. Barbara collected the final drafts and posted them to a weblog entitled, Sharing Our Cooking. Have a look at the delicious results!
